A movie monitor
LG has equipped the new LG UHD 4K 32UK950 monitor with Nano IPS, an advanced technology that absorbs excess light and offers the user a more accurate and realistic experience.
In addition, LG has made it possible for this model to show 98% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum, the same percentage used by monitors in the film industry.
Therefore, this monitor is designed for communication and film professionals, who prioritize excellent color reproduction and brightness.
In addition, it is equipped with the first Thunderbolt 3 port, which supports the 4K connection in a chain between two monitors. Thus, Thunderbolt 3 also ensures connectivity with other devices and the transmission of 4K content without interrupting its loading, which simplifies the workspace.
All this is framed in an elegant design without frames where the image seems to go beyond the limits of the screen becoming reality.
The 5K monitor
Another device LG will present at CES 2018 is the LG UltraWide 34WK95U monitor with 21: 9 format. This model offers the widest range of colors and viewing angles, in addition to a resolution of 5K (5120 x 2160 pixels).
This monitor is equipped with the most innovative technology becoming the perfect support for the multitasking user in areas such as video editing, photography and application programming and software.
This model also has Nano IPS technology and HDR600 functionality. In addition, it is also equipped with the Thunderbolt 3 port, which supports the transmission of 5K resolution images at 60Hz with a single cable.
The new LG monitors will be on display in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center at CES, from January 9 to 12, and will be available in Europe throughout the second half of 2018.
